Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our Services may be subject to payments now or in the future (the "Paid Services"). Please see our Pricing page for a description of the current Paid Services. AI Quiz Generator may add new services for additional fees and charges, or amend fees and charges for existing services, at any time in its sole discretion.

You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in connection with your username and password (whether or not authorized by you) according to the fee schedule in effect at the time the fee or charge becomes payable.

Termination

Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Services.
